Hi All: New to the forum and it looks really great. I need some help identifying the attached stamp. It is perf 11 1/2 and I do not see it anywhere in Scott listing. Thanks for any assistance.

Thank you for your quick assistance! I found the 10b listing in Sardinia. It is listed as imperf and mine is perforated. I then went to Italy 1862/3 SC# 17-22 for a perforated version but there is no 5 c perforated version listed. Did the forgers perforate the Sardinia 10b?
I am loving this site!
