Any members have information on CANADIAN IMPRESSED DUTY STAMPS ? Circa 1915 I cannot find any information, or images anywhere. Not mentioned in Barefoot, or Van Dam, wiki. ebay. Used by most Commonwealth countries, but Canada seems silent on the issue. Anyone  |
