Just pulled these out of an album I recently purchased...What do you think?

From left to right, cancelled to order, looks like fiscal use, CTO, looks like mint. What's the shred above the 1c stamp?

The shred is the hinge from the album. The stamp still has gum. I understand this stamp has little value, but would most people soak the hinge off and lose the gum, or just remove the hinge as best as possible?

I do not see why you would want gum on a "used" stamp. But if you have a problem with soaking the hinge off, just fold it under the stamp. Having said that, those are pretty stamps!

When you see North Borneo with heavy barred cancels, they are a remainder cancel and not a used stamp...hence the gum. Catalogues note that they don't count as "used" for pricing purposes. Still pretty stamps, for what that's worth.

You can gently test the hinge to see if it will pull away.
