In the early days of ebay, I received a few compliments on my scanning. That was when a lot of other sellers' listings didn't have photos or used blurry camera pictures. Of course the latter still happens time to time.

These days the compliments about service is about descriptions, well packed, used stamps for shipment and quick delivery.

KRelyea, when you spoke of

My wife does all the packing and she gets lots of compliments, not once has anyone told me "nice scanning". Life just isn't fair!

My Patty got a charge when we saw your post! She is my "Girl Friday".
I think of her as my right hand! We do work well together. She is awesome with scanning, packaging, and general organization. Even with all of the advanced magnification I have, her eye sight is better than mine.

Battlestamps and duncanvr and to all, thank you for your input.

Jenny2U, again, I thank you for picking up on my shipping error!

Nice selection.

I bought that Weiss-certified #500.

See me again next month; I've already spent all of November's budget (and a bit of December's).

How did your sale go? I bought several items. Very reasonable prices, but I think there was only one bid against me.

Thanks to all of you for your advice, purchases and kind words.

The auction went as well as could be expected. We sold 54 of the 86 items listed. Today is our shipping adventure. After all of the excitement regarding international shipping, we did have one sale to Canada. We hope to gear up for another auction soon.
