The Collectors' Forum has a picture of a 10c documentary that is full of holes. Has anyone taken the time to figure out what is going on with the perfins? I see 2 vertical partial strikes of CB0670, C M & CO/7-25-5 (Rev. Cat. Section B - Dated Transactions) and one horizontal strike of CA0400, C M/& Co (Rev. Cat. Section A - Perforated Initials which is also listed in the Perfin Cat. as C 208.51). The owner of these perfins is Carlisle, Millick & company, New York, NY, per catalogs.
