I've had this stamp since I was about 12. I'm 51 now. I have always wondered if it is an error or if someone manipulated it during printing. It is caused during printing. The stamp is MNHOG in excellent condition. Does anyone have any ideas? I'd love to hear them.

Looks like some dirt fell on the plate during printing. I do not believe it is manipulation or an error.
It is an EFO however and as such deserves a place in your collection.
