Hi, I looked and looked in the Scott Catalogue and cannot find his one.

Can anyone help please? Bulgaria 1916 is as close as I can get.

Thanks.

Not formally listed in Scott, though mentioned. It was prepared but unissued, honoring the liberation of Macedonia. Listed in Michel as Mi IV.

By the way, Michel has it as November, 1931.

Thanks to both of you.

At least I know it was not an easy one to find.

Maybe I need to take up a different hobby, this is difficult I only did about 20 stamps before I got stuck on this one.

Just about every question you see, we, in turn, once asked............
Enjoy the learning.

I can recall asking about this stamp in question.

I started off with the Stanley Gibbons catalogue, I was asking questions thrice a day.
