SWLF stands for Sydney West Letter Facility, located in Strathfield (as pointed out to you in another forum).

DLC stands for Dandenong Letter Centre, where most of Victoria's mail passes through.

CFCP stands for Culler Facer Canceller Preparation machine, recently installed at the DLC, a small letter machine, replacing the old CFCs (Culler facer cancellers) and MLOCRs (Multi-line optical character readers).
