Machine cancellations. Unknown Code.

Australia's machine dot matrix cancellations have improved substantially,
Cancels now look handsome, rather than smudged ink.

SWLF = South Western Letter Facility. (Barcode is printed)

DLC CFCP ?
District Letter Centre perhaps.
Barcode was via a printed barcode strip adhered to the envelope? Strange for domestic mail.
