Having trouble finding this stamp. No mention of an overprint in Scott & I could not find it in Michel.
Obviously has something to do with Nurenburg July 509, 1923
Any info or value would be appreciated
Thanks,
Marios

You won't find this overprint listed anywhere. It's a promotional overprint advertising the Greater Bavaria Stamp Dealers Meeting in Nürnberg, 5-9 July 1923, probably applied by a dealer or the association itself.

This is a privat advertising stamp for The (Big) Bavarian stampdealer congress held at Nurnber from the 5-9 Juli 1923. This particular stamp was used, probably because hyperinflation made it almost useless due to its low value. So this way it had some use. Value: I personally do not find it interesting or valuable but somebody in Bavaria might like it. Johan.

Since there were "boatloads" of remainders during the inflationary period, they were a ready source of gummed labels. As such, they were not uncommonly overprinted for commercial advertising, stamp show and other events, and political propaganda.
