The "Opferring" used to be a sub-organization to raise money for the NSDAP. For each donation you got those stamps. I think the stamps were introduced in 1932. -> http://moonwheel.eu/misc/offering.html
The "Frauenwerk"/"Frauenschaft" was the head organization of all women's associations during this time. Each month you had to put a stamp onto your member card. -> http://moonwheel.eu/dues%202/sub%20...204/nsf.html
And the last ones were for the smokers in the Wehrmacht, who couldn't just buy cigarettes. Non smokers got fruits and sweets instead.
