Top Stamp: Overinking? Perhaps just in that top area. Middle Two Stamps: Scrapped surface, probably from the cancelling mechanism or just general poor handling. Bottom Stamp: Interesting area. Probably a paper fragment blocking a complete printing in that area.
Agree with PARTIME ,scrapped surface most likely .This stamp was printed or reprinted over many years . The biggest difference would be the war time and peace time printings for color differences .
