Can you please note what you believe is different about each of them? They are different colors, of course, but I can't see what you are asking.

Top Stamp: Overinking? Perhaps just in that top area.
Middle Two Stamps: Scrapped surface, probably from the cancelling mechanism or just general poor handling.
Bottom Stamp: Interesting area. Probably a paper fragment blocking a complete printing in that area.

Just my opinions, of course.

Maury lists seven types of the 25c, in addition to colour, paper etc differences, so lots to look for!

Agree with PARTIME ,scrapped surface most likely .This stamp was printed or reprinted over many years . The biggest difference would be the war time and peace time printings for color differences .
