Just a question. Is it allowed to react to a number of posts about rogue countries. former colonies semi official issues etc etc. Just to mention that you have an cd available(unknown if free or at a charge?) on which this all countries can be found? Is there a rule on what is allowed and what is not allowed in this kind of situation?
