Actual value is most of the time based on desirability. Unadressed or adressed. Open or closed flap. Crisp cancel etc etc. I am sure others will jump in to give their opinion. thanks for the info, it was part of a collection mostly which I can identify ,maybe I should invest in some better catalogues.
