I have a question about a stamp I have. I went to work on some stamps I have and was going to do the Philippines envelope and finish them up. This was in a small glassine (I think that's what they are called) envelope inside the paper one. Its looks more Japanese to me. Could it be from when the Philippines was under Japan rule during WW2? Thanks for the help.
