Not surprised with the outcome but a PSE cert? Yuck. A PF cert would make me feel better but it isn't lost on me that it is neither my cover or my money.

Thanks Ray. Yesterday was a bleak day as I had to return to an ebay seller a Sc #242 and 243 I had high hopes for but discovered upon their delivery they had been regummed and reperfed. Today is a whole new day and brought that occasional small triumph we all have in stamp collecting. Besides discovering the 63 was a 63b, a Sc #26 $10 purchase yesterday, after closer scrutiny, appears to be an 87R15 double transfer and a small gamble on a 634 plate block turned out to be a 634b carmine-lake block. Who knows what tomorrow may bring.

Oh, and sorry Don about the PSE thing. It was only my first foray into the 'certifying' world and had I read some later posts by you, and others, I would likely have gone the PF route.
