Iron "Betty" Lamp, 50 Cents. Orange Omitted Or Something Else ?.

Hello everyone,

Scott # 1608, my 2010 cat. only has black omitted listed in it,(Sc.# 1608a).
It seems to show a very faint amount of orange when I zoom in on the scan, but I'm not sure what I have here really.

I haven't found anything with a quick search on the web. & it didn't send me here this time either

Any input welcome as per normal please ?

My opinion it is a color changeling, probably sun fade.

You can still see traces of orange which have not faded. I share Don's opinion.
