Thanks Sorsh. Perforations are inconsistant with the original stamp. Corners are uneven and perforations shallow. I would loke to have it certified anyway and any relevant contacts are welcome.
If you want it certified, Jay Smith is probably your man (see my first post in this thread). Sergio Sismondo also expertizes WW stamps, although I really don't know what his particular areas of expertise are. There are probably other places you could send it, but there's not a whole lot of need to send it to anyone other than Jay Smith. He's probably the leading Scandinavian expert in the US, or pretty close to it.
i've asked around a few places and everywhere the only answer is Helena Obermüller Wilén, often referred to by people as the one and only when it comes to swedish stamps.
I stand corrected. I have been contacted by Lady atestator Mrs Obermuller Wilen and her oppinion confirms my initial suspicion about this stamp. It is a forgery.
