Hi! In the Scott cat. 2008 ;they are priced at 75,80,100 dollars,two have their perfs cut off on different sides, so not much value for those ;the 3KOP looks good,you would have the remove them from the album page to see what condition the back sides are in for eventual thins,pin holes ect...

Damaged stamps.
3 kop also seems to have a LR corner perf missing.
Also, make sure they are perforated 12-1/2, not as later issues (14-1/2).
I cannot measure perforation on the basis of this photo.

hi tvorog the perfs are twelve plus they dont have the thunderbolts that came later. which is academic if they are damaged. shame. thank you again.

James - Just spotted this post from last year.
Images not clear but from what I can make out, these stamps are not P12.5 but the later ones (much lower value) even if in good condition.

James - This is a typical Perf. 12.5 Russian Empire stamp from that period - without thunderbolts. Very collectable and decent value!
