The engraver Piotr Naszarkowski engraved a non-postal label for the Washington 2006 show which looks like this:

I've been trying for a long time to get my hands on it but to no avail. Has anyone ever seen this item? Was it a label? Was it ever for sale or used for anything? Promotional material maybe for SSP?

Any information on it would be more than welcome.

Adrian

Adrian,

I have only just seen your posting from January...

I can state that I have also been trying to acquire this item since the show in 2006, but have never seen it offered for sale or even illustrated anywhere as a single "stamp", other than on Piotr's website.

BUT....

My archive of worldwide dummy imagery shows that the 'stamp' was used at least three ways at the show, as the (poor) pics below illustrate. Maybe it does not exist as a single label or in counter sheets, but only on these MS. Nice items, but I am still no closer to acquiring them!
