Please identify and value the following stamp, British 4d, thought to be from 1960s, says on it Sussex, England, L Rosoman, Harrison and Sons Ltd.

Radder....

Description is......Landscape at Hassock near Sussex.......I'm using my Scott 08 set......I don't know of any accurate on-line source.
