Actually, I do not think there is such a thing as a different shade of black. But it looks like the amount of ink differs between the two stamps. That seems to be a very common occurance.

right on, its just when you see both stamps side by side does the difference jump out at you-thanks!

A little hot water bath or sunshine will help to get a lighter shade .
