What you are looking for is the PSS Bureau Precancel Catalog. You can purchase one at http://www.precancels.com/publications/

My personal druthers is for the software/database version, as it allows you to keep track of your collection as well as print album pages. As you are "across the big water", purchasing the bureau database is likely more cost-effective than purchasing the hard-copy and paying for international shipping.

One thing to note is that the software is for Windows. If you are on a Mac or Linux system, you can try out the software (it is free) with an Windows emulator to ensure that it properly functions before you buy the bureau database.
