Probably no value to speak of. In order to properly identify stamps like this you need at least check the perforation. Also, sometimes the fact that there is a watermark or not is important, but in this case that is pretty hard to establish. As for the "bug" we would need a much better scan, much more close-up. From where I am it could be part of the cancel, or an inkspot on the original printing?
i tried with a better photto of franklins bug / nat on forhead photto is not a good photto. but you can see the tenticals and everything with a magnifying glass.
