I don't think so, because many members are from outside the U.S. But, if the site is registered in the U.S., then it probably would because it would be U.S. law in effect to govern the site. |

I have a lot of Cuban (Castro's Cuba) stamps already they came to me in mixes of 500 stamps. Did not request Cuban stamps they were part of a Worldwide Mix.

Thanks Glenn,this is also what I worry about.
I think Scott Catalog 2008 priced them,maybe the deal will be allowed in the USA.

I believe what WpgLwr is correct if site in US, but I believe anyone knowingly purchased those stamps it could be a problem. |

Alright! I never thought about the lagality vis-a-vis inclusion and pricing in Scott's, but that makes sense, because previously they wouldn't even list them from 1962 onward. North Korea must be cleared too now, since they list and price them as well. |

I have quite a few cuban stamps,I had no clue that there was even a law out about stamps boy I learn more and more everytime I log onto this site.I hope that I don't do anything illegal and not know it,if I do somebody please tell me cause as we all know this is all new to me.Thanks |
