Orange stamp is French; Scott #117 issued in 1900. Red stamp is early Greece; large Hermes head.

Scott lists a number of different varieties of printing for the large Hermes head stamps. The 20 lepta value is almost always a shade of blue, or ultramarine, in color. The exception is Scott #56, from 1882, that lists as pale rose. There should be no printed figures (numbers) on the back. Your stamp has a darker shade; possibly making it 56a, rose, or 56b, deep carmine.

One is indeed French - the other one is a Greek stamp.
