Presumably the cancel at the bottom of the page was supposed to go across the stamp.

Oh. The stamp is missing! Each souvenir page comes with usually a single stamp with a first day cancel.

When I was a teenager (in the 70s - the 1970s) they use to have these in a 3 ring binder at
our local Post Office on the counter. I would go to the Post Office once a week to get the
new stamps and look the notebook at these to see when the next stamp was coming out.
