Scott No. 503 showing "Russians": from the 1933 "Peoples of the USSR" issue — but imperf?

Solovyev's Russia Specialized catalog (in which it is listed under No. 423) doesn't mention that this stamp exist imperforate; it notes, however, that 5 kop. and 7 kop. stamps from the same issue exist imperforate (without giving their value). In my opinion, based on the very poor quality of the print, it is a forgery or an old reproduction (replica).
