Worldwide Tangibles, First Liberty Collectibles... anybody can print out a certificate, buy an embosser, and add a few hundred dollars to every stamp (real or fake) they sell. The only certificates of any value are those from established and well-recognized expertizers.

The imperf Sun Yat-sen $5 stamp was not officially issued. They are the printer's waste that got out of the printing factory during the war time. The quantity of these printer's waste is large and there are plenty of stamps with central image shifted.
