I picked this stamp out of an APS sales book several years ago as a curiosity. I don't know where Errington & Martin were located, but the pricing for the stamp mounts, 6p per 1000, implies somewhere British.

Hackney's in East London - now increasingly gentrified and trendy. Errington and Martin also produced - until relatively recently - good quality stamp albums.
