The stamps are listed in Michel under "Westungarn" (West Hungary).

Western Hungary issued Oct. 2 1921 . 7 stamps in set . catalog in Michel as 62 -68

You have a good range of them there Rod.

I don't feel that the views, arms and portrait designs belong in the same set.

I wonder if it was decided by a committee as a compromise of some kind.

Goodness me, sorry Nigel.
I was remiss in not indicating ownership.

These were ( I think) posted in a response, I had to a question in 2004
Owner unknown, I did not think to add in the image text string in those days.

......but I agree, they are nice examples of a not often seen collection.

I still was a bit hazy on the emissions until you posted the wiki link.

I checked my 1pengo red overprint on the 10fl postage due on this site http://jaypex.com/NT/oradea1.htm but couldn't find so any information or opinion on this variety is welcome thanks
