It would be nice to see it in one place.

The guy has multiple accounts. Periodically, ebay delists some of them, so there's no telling how many are currently active. Here's my latest listing:

Add bank-notes to the list.

Given that he buys existing ebay accounts and is constantly changing names, the easiest thing to do is to recognize his listings.

1. First clue is that he is located in Great Britain but uses a 'reshipping agent' or forwarding company so it looks like he is shipping out of a US city.
2. His listing descriptions always have Americana themed images to add to the illusion that the seller is located in the US.
3. Any stamp images in the description are always immediately removed after listing expires.
4. If you right click on the images you will see they always come from the same GB hosting domain http://www.nttnmd.com/
5. Higher quality items that always start at $0.01

Any listing that meets the above criteria is virtually guaranteed to be him.
