This stamp has everything about itself written on it. Problem is that I have never seen it before, nor could I find it in any catalogue. I would appreciate if someone knows more about it .
Ideed it is Rod. Problem is that I cannot seem to find it catalogued anywhere or any other photo online and I have it as a pair on a genuine document from 1959.
There exists a "Yugoslav Revenues" catalogue. My avenue, for this type of thing, is to search out a Yugoslav blogger, or try and contact a Yugoslav Philatelic society, and request assistance there. It seems to require specialist knowledge.
