The last 'stamp' is not Belgian. It's from a set of patriotic vignettes issued in Italy in 1915, showing the allies in WWI. I have seen Russia, Serbia, Inghilterra (England), Italia, Belgio and Francia. |

Stumped. Perhaps a retirement / pension seal 90c 1939 ? CBK GBK ? Oak Leaves (Strength) Olive Branch ( Peace) 2 Lions Rampant, single queue (tail), guarding a tablet. Are any members able to read the full inscription please? Any information welcomed. Google failed |

Hi Rod,
I believe the text says, "TIMBRE RETRAITE - LIJFRENTEZEGEL".
I guess it's a retirement contribution stamp, maybe like British national insurance stamps. |

Nigelc and vayolene are correct.
lijfrentezegel = life annuity seal (stamp). C.B.K. identifies it as deposited with the Belgian 'Kredietbank' that was established by merger in 1935. It merged in the late 1990s to become the current KBC. |
