Hi, I have a "BLUE" color U218/U219 Philly World's Fair Envelope Stamp. Of course Scott's indicates red and green versions. This may well be a fake/joke but it looks exactly like the green one I have.
Was there a blue one issued? Or anyone know if these were publicity items or ???
