Hi,
I have a "BLUE" color U218/U219 Philly World's Fair Envelope Stamp. Of course Scott's indicates red and green versions. This may well be a fake/joke but it looks exactly like the green one I have.

Was there a blue one issued? Or anyone know if these were publicity items or ???

Thank you,
Mobilman44

Well known fake. Known as the Meisel T2 "French forgery" because so called used copies have imitation French cancels. See my article on the Centennial forgeries archived here: http://jobi.bizhosting.com/CentennialFG.pdf
