Another Penny Auction... .40 Plate Block Lots Closing 3/16/17... Portion Donated To SCF

I decided to run another Penny Auction on Hipstamps. This auction is closing around 9PM EST on 3/16/17.

There are 40 lots of US Plate Blocks between Scott #'s 611//828. Plenty of nice material and If past experience is a guide, there will be a number of bargains to be had! Here is the URL to the lots that I have up for auction:
