Hi guys..Take a look at this Scott 463 and let me know if you think it is possibly the start or end of the "plastic flow" variety...Cause I have never seen one in hand yet.

Hey Wert, nice find, Yes it is the Plastic Flow variety, I have a few copies but only HB paper and the W2B tagged paper.

The variety looks like it only appears on pos 40 and 50 on the non-inscription blocks(blank corner blocks)

Is yours a copy of the HB paper?

Hey Wert. I see you have a UV lamp, try looking at that stamp under UV, if it glows bright white, it the HB(Hi_brite) paper stamp. If it glows a dull purplish its a dull flourecent stamp.
DF - $50
HB - $75
