I need help to get a better scan and description between the two ,better than what I have in the U.S. Specialized ,are there other points that identify the two other than what Scott says about rounded corner .

Are your referring to Scott Catalogue number U67 (9¢ orange on buff) versus Scott U68 (12¢ brown on buff) or Scott types U67 and U68 which would equate to Scott numbers U277 and U288? If the latter, I have scanned the section of the UPSS Catalog of the 19th Century showing the differences of these two types. Perhaps it will be of use to you.

Sorry , wasn't clear ,didn't notice the type and catalog numbers were the same with "U" . Yes it is the type U67 to U68 on the 1884-86 issue .
