When you say unknown what do you mean? Have you compared it against the monograph the UPSS published a few years ago? The style of SPECIMEN on your entire is a stock type for the time period the entire was available.

Based on your scan, your entire appears to be a Scott you 166 with a UPSS SPECIMEN overprint of type SF17 (50x4 mm diagonal in the upper left) and has a catalogue value of $25.00 in Stamped Envelope and Wrapper Specimens of the United States, Second Edition, Dan Undersander Editor, published 2013. The actual UPSS number will vary according to knife and watermark which I can't determine from your scan, but there are three different versions each with a catalogue value of $25.00. Do not assume that your entire is worth $25.00 as given the appearance of the scan it will probably sell for much less.
