Good Day/Evening to all of you.
Can someone please inform me are there different color issues for the 7300 0ver 25c Chinese overprints? Both stamps in the photographs are with the same writings.
Recently I have viewed these similar stamps being sold on ebay, but truly wonder if it is the seller is pricing common stamps, or if they are true rarities.
Recently I received this sheet along with a mix lot of many Chinese overprints from 1920's, 1930's on which included the loose 7300 over 25 Chinese stamps.
Would appreciate any information about these particular Chinese Air post overprints.
Thank you in advance again.

The difference in color on those two surcharged stamps is one is watermarked and the other is unwatermarked .The one that is lighter is Yellow orange and the darker unwatermarked stamp is light orange .

PERF 12 ---The most valuable stamp in that series is the one we are talking about ,but it has to be unwmked from the 1932-37 set with the surcharge .
Her possible C59 is actual C60, wrong color .

The rarest Airmail is Scott:C42 perf.14 ; sold at Spink auctions

#C42, 1946 $73.00 on 25c Orange Air Post, unwatermarked, perforated 14, magnificent mint example of the key air post issue of China, possessing virtually perfect centering within incredibly large lavish margins, brilliant orange color, full o.g. with just a trace of hinging, extremely fine gem; we doubt that a nicer example of this rare stamp could be found (Chan #A47; $1,600.00). (Image) $1,300.00

Wrong shade of color on your scan from the Spink auction page maybe it is just the photographer ? Should be a red-orange .

Thank you for all your wonderful responses! I am glad I asked about the colors with the above stamps
I noticed the color change too, Floortrade. I don't know if that might be an error stamp.
I believe the yellow orange is a rarity if the overprint is in a change position too, however, not with these stamps.
I found these three 1946, dark brown surcharge 20 on 3 cent, watermarked. I am checking this "lot" of Chinese stamps carefully. I believe these might be scarce.

Thank you, perf12 for assisting me with your information. It was so helpful. It also shows other viewers what to look for in their own Chinese collections.
I was recommended last night to view Stamp Network site. This site has many major auction houses informing about their current offers to buyers.
Another auction house is also selling the same stamp but in used condition for 800.00.
It is always a good idea to look what is being sold in current markets around the world.
