Delpex 2017 Stamp Show And Bourse: April 22 In New Castle, De
2017 April 22
The DELPEX 2017 Stamp Show and Bourse will be held Saturday, April 22 at the Nur Shrine Center, 198 South DuPont Highway, New Castle, Delaware (Wilmington area — northbound side of Rts. 13 and 40). Located in northern Delaware, just minutes from eastern Maryland, southern New Jersey and Philadelphia (see a map). Show hours are 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Admission and off-street parking are free.

The show, sponsored by the Brandywine Valley Stamp Club, will feature:
• 320 pages of exhibits
• twenty-one regional dealers offering a variety of stamps, covers and ephemera
• U.S. Postal Service will be present to service covers and will have many current and older issues available.

This year's theme is the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of John F. Kennedy. A souvenir cacheted cover will be available blank or prepared with the special cancel shown above.

A Bid Board silent auction includes about 500 lots of inexpensively priced material, including the ever-popular donation box lots. These lots are posted in the auction catalog on the website. The Bid Board "closes" at 3:30 p.m. — bidders must be present to claim lots.

There will also be valuable door prizes given out all day long.

Contact Bill Clark at 302-322-2719 for more information.
