I have located a stamp that I am not able to identify. I believe it may be a forgery. The overprint is from the 1918 People's Republic of Hungary. But it is not among the known stamps with the KÖZTÁRSASÁG overprint. I now will ask the assemblage of Philatelists, What is this stamp? And I thank you in advance.

Rob, it's a semi postal stamp with the Republic overprint. SC#B60
