Just Wondering If This Australian Vineyard Regions Decimal Stamp Has An Error?

Hi everyone,
thankyou very much for letting me join the group. I have a stamps that I recently found in a pack I bought and wondered if it has an error. I can't find any information to know if it is or not.

Hi Debra.
This stamp has been on a cover, where the sender has added "sellotape" for whatever reason, someone has then soaked off the stamp and removed the sellotape, and it has taken part of the image away from it.

Known from experience.
