I have a stamp that looks very much like this image only more centered overprint.

I cannot find it in the Scott Catalogue. Any ideas that can help identify this stamp?

After more searching on ebay they have:

1948 Albania Red Cross Envelope, To Search The Prisoners Of War. R4

The cover matches my stamp. I assume R4 is the catalogue number, but I still cannot find it in the catalogue.

It looks like it's been surcharged as well. The surcharge is displaced to the bottom and left. Square blocks should lie over the '5' and the rest should lie across the red cross. Translates as "Aid for home for the elderly" as Rod has correctly "guessed."

Hi; Found this cover on e bay. 1948 (search for prisoners of war);
I think the translation is rather of this nature; "Help for Asylum assistance"....

The translation would be "Help for nursing homes [asylums for the elderly]".
