The 1875 Special Printings can only be determined by looking at the stamp for the paper and impression. Certainly the used one is not a Special Printing. Don't forget about the later printing on soft wove paper which is of lesser value than the first two printings. Based on their shade the 48 and 60¢ are probably on soft porous paper. The large 25¢ at the lower right of the second scan is an unusual shade for that value and may be a forgery. Why don't you assume they are all the most common value and be pleasantly surprised if they turn out to be better. Basing your purchase on these Newspaper stamps turning out to be Special Printings is very risky unless you are well versed in the field of Newspaper Stamps.
