Any German specialists out there who can see some issue I cannot with this set:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/30199425123...RK:MEBIDX:IT

It is selling far lower at a BIN price than I can find anywhere on a fixed price list. And, it is NH. I cannot find any issues with the seller's feedback. I know postwar overprints have been extensively forged. Anyone with better eye than me have an opinion. It seems too good to be true.

The common color versions of this set have a CV in Scott of $14 and in Michel of €16,so that price is not out of line.

I have seen these going for over $100 US or more commonly for 3-4 times what this seller is asking for BIN. German area materiel is way overpriced by a lot of Eby sellers these days. I should have checked Scott before posting my question. Yes it's not out of the ordinary still a nice buy. Thanks.

This happens a lot with the Polish General-Gouvernment material from WWII. As soon as they see a swastika it's 'Rare German War Memorabilia', & they try to charge $3-4 for a 10 cent stamp plus $20 postage to boot....

Hello, This might come as a little bit of a shock. But if I would like to buy this exact series here in the Netherlands or Europe I would not expect to pay more than 3 euros plus postage. If I tried, I would probably be able to get it even a bit cheaper. Same series, same quality. This of course has to do with my location and number of material offered. Prices at this moment are low in The Netherlands/Europe. I have to agree that prices on ebay especialy on standard German material are high. Kind regards, Johan.
