I've IDed this stamp as China Scott #299 Type II. Please feel free to correct me. Comments welcomed. Thanks!

Except for the typo (#299, not #199), your ID is correct. You can change the title of the thread by editing your original post and correcting the thread title. Thank you.

Also, note that the 5c only exists in Type II, so technically it is not necessary to check the type.

The cancel is date 25Nov, unfortunately the year is too smudged for me to decipher. Maybe someone else can make it out.

Kowkong is now translated into English as Jiujiang. Nice used block.

@khj Thanks for the comment and pointing out the typo. I have to contact the admin to change the title—will do.

You should be able to change the thread title yourself (or maybe they've adjusted the rules while I wasn't paying attention). You used to be able to change the thread title by editing your Original Post and making the correction in the Thread Title field.

@khj Could not despite trying a few times. Got a page saying something like, "cannot edit after 1 hour ". I used the "Send not to Staff" link to request the typo fix.

Yeah, I guess they've implemented a time limit to editing posts now. A lot of stamp forums have similar time limit on editing rules now. I had hoped it would be a longer time limit, but I was mistaken.
