I did post this subject elsewhere but at first used the ebay pics and then put my own. I do not have the resolution I wish on my new USB Microscope but members will understand if my feeling is OK: I do not think this stamp...bought on Eb as a 35x.......is actually a stamp without the major re-entry as described in Unitrade 2016 (35x).

The one cent shown is one of the most difficult to see on a monitor, or in hand. Ralph at re-entries.com has some examples, but all are much more obvious than what I see in the OP's picture. The best place to look for evidence is the top of the lettering in One Cent or Canada Postage.
Rene...In my honest opinion, I dont think it is a true re-entry....I know Ralph from re-entries.com may be coming back on line soon, if not already..You might give him and email nd get his opinion...too blurry to make an honest judgement or not.
