Serenity, what kind of input and/or feedback are you looking for? If you are trying to ID those please change your post's title to include ID and India - you will get more answers that way.

This is a cutout from British India 1895 1A Vic. brown on buff wove paper newspaper wrapper (Higgins and Gage E2/Lang W2) (29.7cm/30cm×12.5cm) officially issued on May 1,1895.

Had it been an entire, it could easily be worth $25.

This is a postal stationery cutout from Br. India 1902 ½A EVII green on white laid paper envelope (H&G B8/Land EB1) (11.8cm×6.6cm), issued on August 9,1902.

So, title should be edited to remove "Pre-1900".
