I find that international mail can be wildly variable. A couple of Delcampe purchases within the last month, for instance: One from Greece took 33 hours from posting to get to ISC New York. But one from France took 18 days from posting to ISC New York.

I would expect the reverse. Stuff from France usually takes about two weeks to get to me in California, but a recent shipment from Greece was en route for about two months.

Duncan - You could always ask a non-dealer/collector friend to use their return information on any expensive items you mail out. This way, your items might get past any crooks looking to pluck your items out of the mail stream.
